Parent consultations are not therapy, and can be for people residing all over the United States.

Each week you will receive a reminder email for our session and in that reminder email there will be a link to the video platform used for our sessions. I recommend that folks find a quiet, private, space space that will be free from interruptions for our telehealth sessions. Together we will figure out if there are any other components you will need in your spce to feel ready, safe, and comfortable for therapy.

In order to be able to provide personalized support in a grounded, spacious and present way that meets the individualized needs of each person, I am an out of network provider. This means that I do not bill insurance which means that you pay upfront for the services and then I can provide you with a Superbill for you to submit to insurance companies for reimbursement using out-of-network benefits.
To see if this applies to you, please call your company to find out 1) if you have out-of-network benefits, 2) your deductible and 3) what percentage of the fee they will reimburse you.
You can use the Reimbursify App to easily submit SuperBills and track your reimbursement.

I am licensed in Massachusetts and Connecticut. That means that if you are a therapy client, you must be physically located in one of those states at the time of our session. If you are seeking parent consultation services, you can be located anywhere in the United States at the time of session.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance, who are not using insurance, or are using out-of-network benefits for services, an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost. You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. This means that I kindly request you to notify me with at least 48-hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Less than this you will be subject to pay the full fee per session unless we are able to reschedule within that same week (schedules permitting).
