Connect to the confidence and groundedness that’s already within you.

You feel controlled by your anxiety and overwhelm instead of your own internal wisdom.

Life doesn’t have to be this way.

You’re doing big things yet you still feel small? It’s time to feel grounded and confident.

  • Do you feel taken over by anxiety and feel that all your energy is depleted by the end of the day?

  • Tell yourself that you’re '“not good enough” or “something is wrong” with you?

  • Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety or stress, even when there’s no immediate threat?

  • Are you stuck in cycles of perfectionism or intrusive thoughts that feel hard to control?

  • Do you struggle to find calm or feel easily triggered in everyday situations?

  • Are you having difficulty connecting with or regulating your emotions, especially in stressful moments?

  • Do you find it difficult to co-regulate with your child due to stress or emotional overwhelm?

  • Are you looking for support in breaking free from repetitive patterns of fear or worry that seem impossible to shake?

  • Is your body communicating distress to you (headaches, IBS, insomnia) but you keep pushing through?

  • Know what you need to feel calm but judge yourself for needing it?

Hi, I’m Liza.

I support individuals, including highly sensitive people, break free from patterns of nervous system dysregulation. By rewiring the body and mind through somatic-informed EMDR, body-based mindfulness practices, and polyvagal-informed healing, I support clients in restoring balance and resilience.

Additionally, I provide consultation for therapists who want to integrate nervous system-based approaches into their EMDR practice.

After working with me, clients walk away feeling more grounded, resilient, and empowered. They gain a deeper understanding of how to regulate their emotions, break free from limiting patterns, and approach life's challenges with a greater sense of calm and control. With improved emotional flexibility, clients feel more connected to themselves and others, able to co-regulate and navigate relationships with greater ease. Ultimately, they leave feeling freer, more present, and better equipped to live a balanced, authentic life.

Specializing in supporting people reconnect to their needs and power.

  • Learn the tools you need to ground and feel calm again

  • Work through negative beliefs about yourself by giving space to process past events/stressors.

  • Settle in to a quiet space to reconnect to yourself and your needs to tap into your power

  • Experience profound transformation in a shorter time through EMDR intensives.

  • You’ve gone through the EMDR basic training but you feel nervous to start using it. Consultation will support yo in building the confidence to start offering EMDR to your clients.
