Hi, I’m Liza.
I can support you. I provide therapy for anxiety, low self-esteem, and Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) using EMDR, body-based (somatic) practices, mindfulness, and talk therapy.
My clients walk away from therapy feeling calm, grounded and confident. After our work together, clients are able to listen to their bodies to return to a place of calm when anxiety and overwhelm washes over, confidently know and assert their needs, listen to the wisdom that’s inside by bringing self-compassion and acceptance, and ultimately feel empowered to live their life with grounded freedom.

Step 1: Reach out
Schedule a free 15 minute consultation. I’ll share how I practice, answer any questions you have, and we can decide if we’re a good fit. If so, we’ll schedule our first session. If not, I’ll give you tips to find what you’re looking for.
Step 2: Root down
The first fews sessions will focus on connecting to one another as we explore you: past, present, and hopes for the future. Then, we’ll meet each week to get underneath what’s holding you back to connect to your self-worth, self-acceptance, calm and confidence.
Step 3: Rise up!
We will check in along the way to make sure our work continues to feel aligned to your hopes and dreams. Through our work together you will tap into your inner wisdom to live a confident, grounded and connected life. You will accept yourself just as you are, assert your needs and get back to a place of calm.
